is a meditative and therapeutic experience where participants are immersed in sounds and vibrations created by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic tools
Temazcal
The ritual involves a series of chants, prayers, and guided meditation while water infused with herbs is poured over the hot stones, creating steam. This process is believed to purify the body, mind, and spirit through sweating and the release of toxins.
Sound massage
During the session, the practitioner gently strikes or plays the singing bowls, producing resonant sounds and vibrations. The vibrations are believed to penetrate the body at a cellular level, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of balance
Hatha - Vinyasa Yoga
